Vermont, September 29: A 14-year-old girl in US’ Vermont, Isabelle Vezina-Dykeman, died by suicide after allegedly being relentlessly bullied at school due to her mother's health condition. Isabelle, a freshman at the Mill School in Winooski, faced taunts over her mother's appearance following a brain surgery that left her with a partially closed eye. Her mother, Heather Miller, described Isabelle as a "spunky" teen who loved dancing and ice skating and was excited about starting high school.

Heather reported that the bullying escalated through text messages, with classmates targeting Isabelle's appearance and her mother's condition. This tragic incident follows the suicide of 10-year-old Sammy Teusch in Indiana, who also died after being bullied at school. Sammy's family claimed they had alerted the school multiple times about the bullying, yet no action was taken.

Isabelle's death has raised renewed concerns over the handling of bullying cases in schools and their potentially devastating consequences.
