Georgia, October 12: According to the New York Post, a woman from the United States attacked three people, including a police officer and a cab driver, inside the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on Wednesday, October 11. Passengers can be seen just a few steps away from Damaris Milton, 44, as she pointed the knife at a police officer in the scary footage that has gone viral on the internet.
As per the publication, police were called at about 4:45 pm to a report of a woman "standing outside the security checkpoint near the airport's south terminal, which features domestic flights." The lady attacked a man near the west crossing before proceeding inside the south terminal, stated the Atlanta Police. The lieutenant was stabbed in the thigh and an artery was severed, according to Fox News.
The three victims have non-life-threatening injuries from the incident and are currently in stable condition. The officers' identities have not yet been published, but they are "alert, conscious, and breathing", according to the local news.
