Texas, January 5: A Texas man who met a woman on the dating app Bumble is accused of kidnapping, torturing, and beating her for five days after she denied to have sex with him. Officials said that the accused had met the woman on Christmas eve.

According to a report in NBCNews, Mills allegedly picked up the victim on Christmas Eve and drove her to his apartment in Spring after the two exchanged messages on Bumble app.

He’s also accused of raping her and depriving the victim of food and water for the five days he allegedly held her captive.
The victim finally managed to escape from Mills' apartment after he left to go visit his father. She told investigators that she grabbed her clothes, ran out, and asked for help from the first people she came in contact with.
The incident left the woman with some serious injuries. She was left with severe bruising to both eyes, bite marks and cuts to both her throat and nose and severe bruising to the majority of her body, authorities said.
Mills has been arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, where he posted a $50,000 bond.
