According to local police, the suspect has a history of prowling around the Royal Oaks Apartment complex during late-night hours, typically between 11 p.m. and 2:30 a.m. During these incidents, he has been known to strip naked and target unsuspecting women. He often stays near the side of the apartment building adjacent to a wooded area, allowing him to make a quick escape after each encounter. Police say the man has grown bolder. His latest incident occurred at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, a shift from his usual late-night behaviour.
