Washington DC, October 1: The local police in the United States recently arrested a 28-year-old man on charges of voyeurism for allegedly crawling under the cars of several women for his sexual gratification. The accused, identified as Jesse Michael Johnson, was arrested from Gilbert, Arizona, in late August. The alleged incident came to light after Johnson was caught on camera at a Super Star Car Wash in Gilbert on Thursday, August 29.

According to reports, Johnson was arrested nearly a month after the incident occurred. Johnson, who has a previous history of sex crimes, has been charged with three counts of voyeurism and three counts of disorderly conduct. He is likely to appear in court on Thursday, October 3. It is reported that one of the victims had stopped at the car wash while she was taking her son to school. At the car wash, Johnson was caught on camera peeking his head out from the driver's side of the victim's car. The video also showed Johnson returning to his car and pretending to clean his tyres. The woman realised what transpired when another customer pointed out the same.

The CCTV footage also showed Johnson doing the same act two more times to two different women. Investigators said that the accused used to hide for several minutes under the car of women who had come to vacuum their vehicle. One of the victims, identified as Chanelle, said that she "felt very violated" and has been "having nightmares". During the investigation, cops also found that Johnson had a criminal history and was arrested several times in Nebraska. As per court papers, Johnson told law enforcement in the Midwest that he "is sexually attracted to women's feet" and that he could not control "his sexual desires".
