Lehigh County, May 18: A 33-year-old man has been arrested in Pennsylvania after allegedly murdering his roommate with a hammer and subsequently dismembering and scattering the victim's body across three different locations. The incident, which occurred in Slatington, has prompted widespread concern and raised questions about the motive behind this chilling act. The suspect, identified as Joshua Moser, has been arrested and faces multiple charges for the murder of his  37-year-old roommate, David Hittinger.

As per a report by the Mirror, the chilling sequence of events unfolded when Pennsylvania State Police received a missing person report for Hittinger on May 13, sparking an intensive investigation. As the investigation continued, it came to light that Moser had permitted Hittinger to reside with him in his home in Slatington, Pennsylvania. According to a report by NBC News, subsequent interviews with Moser led to a chilling admission: he confessed to strangling Hittinger and fatally striking him over the head with a hammer in the basement. Moser purportedly confessed to dismembering Hittinger's body at the same location and disposing of the remains in Slatington Borough and Washington Township.
