Mumbai, September 27: A 66-year-old American Airlines flight attendant was found dead in her hotel room at the Philadelphia Airport Marriott on Monday. Cleaning crews discovered the unidentified victim late evening, about 10:45 pm. According to investigators, the woman was declared dead at the scene and was located with ''a rag in her mouth", according to the New York Post.
According to NBC10, officials verified on Tuesday that the woman worked as a flight attendant for American Airlines. Her identity, however, has not been revealed. She was meant to have checked out of her hotel room two days previously, according to ABC6. It is unclear why hotel personnel did not enter the room sooner after the woman failed to check out.
