Washington, September 20: In a tragic incident, several people have been reported killed after a gunman opened at a drugstore distribution centre in Harford County, Maryland of the United States. According to a report published in CNN, The shooting occurred at a Rite Aid support facility. Authorities have asked people to avoid the area just outside the city of Perryman. The FBI's Baltimore office is also assisting in the investigation. Police forces have been deployed to the area. The police have taken a lone suspect into the custody
It is not the first incident of mass shooting in the US. In October last year also, another mass shooting took place in the same county, in Edgewood which is eight miles from Perryman. Thirty-seven-year-old Radee Labeeb Prince shot and killed three of his co-workers and injured two more at a local granite fabricator.
Earlier in July, At least 10 people were shot dead by unidentified gunmen in 3400 Block of South Claiborne Avenue in New Orleans. The mass shooting was reported at 8:59 pm (local time). Three victims of the shootout died on the spot.
