London, October 5: In a disturbing incident, a 37-year-old NHS nurse and mother of three, Natalie Shotter, died of a heart attack after allegedly being subjected to repeated oral rape while unconscious on a park bench in Southall Park, London. The 35-year-old accused, identified as Mohamed Iidow, has denied the charges of rape and manslaughter, claiming that Shotter offered him 10 Pounds for a sexual act. Prosecutors allege that despite being alive at the time of the attack, Shotter’s condition was described as deeply unconscious, leading to her fatal heart attack.

The shocking details of the case first came to light when Shotter’s lifeless body was discovered by a passer-by in the early hours of July 17, 2021. According to a report by The Sun, as the investigation unfolded, it was revealed that Shotter had been out for a night on the town and had consumed a significant amount of alcohol, placing her well above the legal driving limit. However, toxicology reports indicated that her alcohol consumption did not directly cause her death. UK Horror: Woman Suffering From Severe Headaches and Insomnia Dies of Accidental Morphine Overdose in Liverpool.

In the courtroom, harrowing evidence was presented, including CCTV footage that depicted Iidow moving around the park before approaching Shotter. Prosecutor Alison Morgan KC emphasised that he sought out a "vulnerable woman" to assault and took advantage of her unconscious state. The footage was so distressing that jurors reacted emotionally when the CCTV footage was showcased in the court. The court also highlighted that Iidow returned to his home after the incident, stopping at a Shell garage to buy cat food and mouthwash. UK Shocker: Two Teenagers Brutally Kill 19-Year-Old Stranger With Machete in Wolverhampton Park, Arrested.

According to a report from Sky News, the prosecution argued that Iidow's actions were deliberate and predatory. He denied the charges of rape and manslaughter, but the evidence against him, including DNA samples matching his profile, painted a troubling picture of the events that transpired that night. The proceedings are set to continue on Monday, October 7, as the court deliberates the evidence presented.
