France, October 3: India successfully blocked Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) President Masood Khan's event in Lower House of the French Parliament on Wednesday. According to an ANI update, following a demarche issued to French Foreign Ministry by the Indian mission in Paris, the PoK President was barred from attending the event.
Reportedly, after the incident, the programme was not allowed to air and Khan was replaced by Pakistan diplomat Moin-ul-Haq. The programme was a complete flop show as the event was attended by mostly their own embassy staff with no significant turnout of French lawmakers.
