Mumbai, September 13: Illia 'Golem' Yefimchyk, famously dubbed the “world’s most monstrous bodybuilder,” has passed away at the age of 36. After suffering a heart attack on September 6, Yefimchyk fell into a coma and tragically succumbed to his condition on September 11. The athlete was renowned for his incredible strength and weightlifting feats, maintaining a strict regimen that included consuming seven meals a day.

A report by the New York Post, says that his wife, Anna, reportedly performed chest compressions on him as they anxiously waited for the ambulance to arrive. In an emotional statement to local media, the grieving wife shared, "I stayed by his side every day, clinging to hope. Yefimchyk, known in the bodybuilding world as "The Mutant" for his massive 6-foot, 340-pound physique, followed a strict diet of up to 16,500 calories a day.
