Washington, June 5: The White House on Tuesday has announced that the United States President Donald Trump and North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un would meet in Capella Hotel on Sentosa Island in Singapore on June 12. The White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced this information through a tweet.
UPDATE: The venue for the Singapore summit between @POTUS and Leader Kim Jong Un will be the Capella Hotel on Sentosa Island. We thank our great Singaporean hosts for their hospitality.

According to the White House, the first meeting between the two leaders is scheduled at 9 am local time. It is expected to be a one-day summit in which bilateral talks and delegation level meeting will take place. According to reports, the following day South Korean president Moon Jae-in is likely to meet both Trump and Jong Un. However, the White House has not yet confirmed this meeting.
It is the most likely that the US will force North Korea to de-nuclearise its weapons. The US president had once cancelled this summit in May, as he alleged North Korea of ‘Hostile Behaviour’. Trump is scheduled to fly to Quebec on Friday for the Group of Seven economic summit and depart for Singapore on Saturday.
