United States President Donald Trump tweeted about ‘Rocket Man’, reportedly referring to North Korea leader Kim Jong-un, in one of his tweets last year, which sent global media houses into a frenzy. US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who is on an official visit to the Korean state, is reportedly carrying a CD of Elton John’s ‘Rocket Man’ signed by President Trump.
According to Ultimate Classic Rock, the sources have revealed that during their summit in Singapore on June 12, the topic was discussed between the two world leaders.
The North Korean leader had mentioned to his US counterpart that he had referred him as ‘Rocket Man’ when tensions were simmering last year. US President Trump had then asked Kim if he had heard this song (Rocket Man, by Elton John), to which Kim replied, “No.”
See what US President Donald Trump had tweeted last year:
I spoke with President Moon of South Korea last night. Asked him how Rocket Man is doing. Long gas lines forming in North Korea. Too bad!

Referring to John Elton, US Prez Trump said, “I have broken more Elton John records, he seems to have a lot of records. And I, by the way, I don't have a musical instrument. I don't have a guitar or an organ. No organ. Elton has an organ. And lots of other people helping. No, we've broken a lot of records. We've broken virtually every record,” at one of his political rallies at Montanna, on Friday.
