Cincinnati, Sep 6: Two people died and multiple people were injured after a shooting incident at a downtown bank in Cincinnati, Ohio on Thursday. The shooting took place at Fifth Third Bank at 511 Walnut Street in lobby and loading dock, said the Cincinnati Police Department on Twitter. The bank is near Fountain Square which was closed for traffic.
Officials with University of Cincinnati Medical Center say at least four people were wounded. However, there could be more. Cincinnati City Councilman PG Sittenfeld tweeted there are fatalities. The gunman is either deceased or in police custody, a report said. The motive behind the crime was not immidiately known.
