One user expressed frustration, stating, "The venue is too small, and the whale shark is artificial. By 3 PM, people were already asking for refunds." Another visitor added, "The most disappointing aspect was the whale shark exhibit. I was filled with anticipation upon hearing the name, but when I arrived, I was met with a mechanical replica. Even if it’s for animal protection, I’d prefer they didn’t have one at all rather than showcase a fake. It’s simply not interesting."
