Many Dead and Injured in Deadly Fire
Chad's strategic weapons reserve was destroyed by fire tonight in spectacular fashion. Very hard to see this as a coincidence. Feels more like a message. Regional attention is so focused on events El Fasher that Chad's internal dynamics are largely ignored. At the region's peril. pic.twitter.com/TnLnmO00Uu
