Apply Canada PR with Express entry system:

Express entry system (EES) was launched by Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on January 2015. EES is based on a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), where individuals are ranked based on their profile scores called CRS score. The CRS score is a cumulative of total points you have achieved on your Language Proficiency Test, Educational Credential Assessment (ECA), etc. You can check your CRS score by Clicking Here.

Language Proficiency Test: The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is an important part of the PR application. A good knowledge of English and other local Canadian languages gives you a good chance of scoring.

Educational Credential Assessment (ECA): The ECA will show that your educational qualifications are equal to the Canadian educational system or not so that you can be selected for Immigration. The ECA is issued by the World Education Services (WES).

Once after you have obtained the following documents you can apply to create a profile on the federal Express Entry System and fill out the details such as age, education, gender, work experience, etc. After this, your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score will decide whether your profile qualifies for immigration or not. Your CRS score is based on all the details you have mentioned, a minimum of 67 points on the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) category of express entry is required to qualify an applicant.
