As per a report in Corriere della Sera, the yacht's captain, James Cutfield (51) was questioned for two hours by the Termini Imerese public prosecutors on the day after the vessel sank. The coast guard has questioned survivors and passengers on the yacht anchored next to Bayesian, who witnessed the ship going down as well.
