Kunduz (Afghanistan), May 23: Six Taliban militants including a key commander were killed after the Afghan security forces' aircraft struck the terror group's hideout in Kunduz province on Wednesday, officials said.
Notorious commander Mullah Karim Mukhlis was among the six militants killed during the raid on the hideout in Kunjak area, an Afghan government official said.
The official said that the elimination of the commander would demoralize Taliban insurgents in the province to lose more grounds.
