India beat England by seven wickets in the final to win the ICC U19 Women's T20 World Cup 2023 title on Sunday, January 29.
Indian bowlers set up this win as they bowled England out for just 68 runs. Titas Sadhu, Archana Devi and Parshavi Chopra took two wickets apiece.
Despite losing three wickets, India finished off the game in 14 overs with Gongadi Trisha and Soumya Tiwari scoring 24 runs each.
It was India's first-ever women's ICC title
India became the first Asian side to win a women's world cup across formats.
