Yo Yo Honey Singh's Wife Shalini Files Domestic Violence Case Against The Rapper
Yo Yo Honey Singh has been served a notice from the Tis Hazari Court in Delhi. The notice has been served on a case filed by his wife Shalini under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. Tania Singh, Tis Hazari Court's Chief Metropolitan Magistrate issued notice to Honey Singh, reported ANI. She listed the matter for further hearing on August 28. The court restrained Honey Singh from disposing of his jointly owned property & his wife’s Stridhan, reported ANI. The complainant has alleged the singer abused her in numerous incidents. Shalini has urged the court to pass a protection order under section 18 PWDV Act 2005 She also urged the court to direct the singer to provide compensation under the provision of the PWDV Act 2005 & also to release the Stridhan & other material. She has also sought to provide assistance of the protection officers & the police for implementation and execution of the orders as passed in her favour, reported ANI.
