Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal On September 20 Moved The Women's Reservation Bill For Passage In The Lok Sabha. While Many Opposition Parties Including The Congress Supported The Legislation, They Demanded That Women Belonging To Minorities And Backward Classes Be Provided A Separate Quota Under The Proposed Bill.
