West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee Ties Rakhi To Uddhav Thackeray Ahead Of INDIA Bloc Meet In Mumbai, Says ‘Khela Hoga’

On August 30, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee tied rakhi to former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. CM Mamata Banerjee met Thackeray at his residence in Mumbai. Banerjee is in Mumbai to attend the meeting of Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) bloc on August 31. She tied rakhi to Uddhav Thackeray's son Aditya Thackeray as well. Banerjee said, “Hoga hoga, khela hoga (the game is on).” Opposition parties are in Mumbai for a two-day meeting ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
