Two massive political controversies rocked Maharashtra hours before polling for the assembly elections. On Tuesday (November 19), BJP General Secretary Vinod Tawde was named in an FIR in connection with the alleged distribution of cash to voters at a hotel in Nalasopara. Another political controversy broke out when a retired IPS officer accused NCP (SP) leader Supriya Sule of using bitcoin to finance the Maharashtra assembly elections.
