Fugitive economic offender Vijay Mallya was seen outside the Oval cricket ground after the India-Australia World Cup Match. The liquor baron is wanted in India on charges of fraud and money laundering allegedly amounting to around Rs 9,000 crore. While making an exit, cricket fans at the venue booed Mallya chanting the slogan ‘Chor Hai’.
