Prime Minister Narendra Modi Said That The Government And Other Agencies Are Leaving No Stone Unturned To Rescue The 41 Workers Trapped In The Uttarkashi Tunnel. While Addressing The ‘Koti Deepotsavam’ Programme At NTR Stadium, Hyderabad, PM Modi Urged People To Pray For 41 Trapped Workers. Nature Is Constantly Throwing Challenges At The Rescue Operation, Which Is Currently Underway To Free The Trapped Workers, Said PM Modi. Mahmood Ahmad, Managing Director Of National Highways And Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) Said That The Vertical Drilling Of 36 Metres Inside The Silkyara Tunnel In Uttarkashi Has Been Completed. According To NHIDCL, Another 50 Metres Of Vertical Drilling Will Be Vital To Reach The Tunnel’s Crust.
