Udyanotsav 2019: Rashtrapati Bhavan's Mughal Gardens Open for Public; See Pictures of Flowers. Mughal Gardens in Rashtrapati Bhavan has been opened for the public today as a part of Udyanotsav 2019. Beautiful flowers have bloomed in the President's Garden. It is an annual event wherein President inaugurates the event opening it for the general public. This year, the gardens will remain open from February 6 to March 10, 2019.
