Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur’s highly-awaited family drama ‘The Family Star’ hits theatres today. Much to everyone’s surprise, the film has failed to impress critics, despite all of the hype surrounding it. Directed by Parasuram Petla, the romantic drama revolves around Govardhan, played by Vijay-young man from a middle-class background who seems to be the breadwinner of his joint family. The film delves into the everyday struggles faced by middle-class families.
