On February 2, actor Thalapathy Vijay announced his political party. He named it Tamizha Vetri Kazhagam. The popular Tamil actor surprised fans by announcing his decision to quit acting and enter politics. Thalapathy Vijay announced his decision to become a 'full-fledged politician' in Tamil Nadu. The actor will finish two movies- GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) and Karthik Subbaraj's tentatively titled film Thalapathy 69. This announcement marks an end to his acting career.
