A Bench Led By CJI DY Chandrachud And Justices JB Pardiwala And Manoj Misra Said Governor RN Ravi Returned 10 Of The 12 Bills Pending With Him For His Assent After The Top Court Issued A Notice On The Tamil Nadu Government’s Plea. “These Bills Have Been Pending Since 2020. It Means That The Governor Decided After The Court Issued Notice. What Was He Doing For Three Years?
