Rishi Sunak, Narayana Murthy’s Son-In-Law Is The New Finance Minister Of UK

Indian origin British MP, Rishi Sunak was appointed as UK’s new finance minister on February 13 by Prime Minister Boris Johnson in a cabinet reshuffle. Sunak will join Home secretary Priti Patel on the top of the government bench as the Chancellor of the Exchequer. Rishi Sunak is the son-in-law of Infosys co-founder Narayana Murthy. The MP for Richmond in Yorkshire, married to Murthy’s daughter Akshata, first entered UK politics in 2015.
