Rajiv Gandhi Assassination Case: Centre Files Petition, Challenges Release Of The Convicts By The Supreme Court

On November 17, Centre requested the Supreme Court to review its decision concerning the release of Rajiv Gandhi’s assassination convicts. The central government filed a petition in the SC asking it to review its order of releasing six people convicted in the assassination of former Prime Minister in 1991.
