This comes as a huge setback for Rahul Gandhi. For now, Gandhi cannot be reinstated as a Member of Parliament. BJP’s Purnesh Modi had filed the case against Rahul Gandhi. The senior Congress leader had said, "How come all thieves have the common surname Modi?"
