Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said that the '"Muslim League is a completely secular party." Rahul Gandhi was responding to a question on Congress' alliance with the Muslim League in Kerala. Rahul Gandhi was answering questions asked by journalists at the National Press Club in Washington.
