PM Narendra Modi Praises ISRO Scientists For Their Efforts On Attempting Chandrayaan 2 Moon Landing

Scientists at ISRO lost communication with the Lander – Vikram, when it was about 2.1 Kms from surface of the moon. Prime Minister Narendra Modi who was at the ISRO Control Room to witness the landing, congratulated scientists for their efforts. He also motivated them saying, “There are ups and downs in life. This is not a small achievement. The nation in proud of you. Hope for the best. I congratulate you. You all have done a big service to nation, science and mankind. I am with you all the way, move forward bravely”.
