Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party (RLJP) national president Pashupati Kumar Paras on Tuesday, March 19, resigned as Union Minister. His resignation came a day after the BJP-led NDA announced a seat-sharing deal in Bihar for Lok Sabha polls, excluding RLJP. His rival Chirag Paswan's LJPR was given five Lok Sabha seats.
