Nepal Parliament All Set To Clear New Map Including Indian Territory
The move to update Nepal’s new map with a stretch of land high in the mountains which India claims as its own has garnered momentum. The ruling Left alliance moved a constitution amendment bill on May 31. The opposition Nepali Congress has said it would vote in favour of the amendment. In Nepal, it usually takes a month to pass a constitution amendment bill. However, reportedly in view of the people's sentiments, the Nepali parliament may bypass several procedures to get the bill passed in the next ten days. Watch the video to know more
