On October 16, Large Crowds Greeted Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi As He Began A Padayatra In Aizawl, Mizoram. After Arriving In Mizoram's Capital, He Began His March From Chanmari Intersection And Went Through The City's Twisting Streets, Surrounded By Congress Supporters Carrying Party Flags. Later After The Padayatra Concluded He Addressed A Big Rally At Raj Bhawan. Elections In The 40-Member Assembly Will Be Held On November 7 And Results Will Be Announced On December 3.
