Manohar Joshi Dies: Former Maharashtra Chief Minister And Lok Sabha Speaker Passes Away At 86 In Mumbai

Former Lok Sabha Speaker Manohar Joshi passed away on February 23. 86-year-old Joshi died at a hospital in Mumbai. The former chief minister of Maharashtra was admitted to the ICU of Mumbai’s P D Hinduja Hospital after he suffered a heart attack on February 21. Manohar Joshi was severely ill; the hospital had said in a statement on February 22 as reported by PTI. Manohar Joshi served as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra from 1995 to 1999. He was the Lok Sabha Speaker from 2002 to 2004 when the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government was in power. Watch the video to know more.
