Manish Sisodia’s Bail Request Rejected By Delhi High Court In Liquor Policy Case; AAP Leader To Remain In Jail

On May 30, the Delhi High court denied bail to former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish SisodiaThe AAP leader was denied bail in the liquor policy matter. While dismissing the bail, a single-judge bench of Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma said allegations against Manish Sisodia are serious. Delhi HC said Sisodia can influence witnesses. Manish Sisodia was arrested by the CBI on February 26 this year.
