In a major relief for AAP leader Manish Sisodia, the Supreme Court granted him bail in the Delhi liquor policy case, citing delay in commencement of the trial. Reacting to the verdict, the AAP called it a "victory of the truth", while the BJP emphasised that the bail was not allowed on grounds of merit.
