Mamata Banerjee-Jagdeep Dhankhar In Twitter Spat As West Bengal CM Blocks Governor On Social Media Platform

On January 31, Mamata Banerjee, West Bengal Chief Minister blocked governor Jagdeep Dhankhar from her Twitter account. This move from Banerjee comes a day after Dhankhar said the state had become a gas chamber for democracy. Soon after Banerjee announced that she had blocked Dhankhar, he responded by quoting the Constitution. He later tweeted that he had sent a WhatsApp message to the Chief Minister. Senior TMC leader Derek O’Brien tweeted, “Good. Doing the same. BLOCKING Jagdeep Dhankhar.” Watch the video to know more.
