Maharashtra Politics: Sharad Pawar Raises Hand When Asked Who Will Be The Reliable Face Of NCP As Ajit Pawar & Eight Others Join BJP-Eknath Shinde Government

On July 2, NCP chief Sharad Pawar suffered a blow as his nephew Ajit Pawar & eight party leaders joined the BJP-Eknath Shinde government in Maharashtra. During a press conference, a journalist asked Sharad Pawar who would now be the reliable face of the party. The 82-year-old NCP chief replied with a smile, ‘Sharad Pawar’. He smiled and raised his hand. Pawar’s daughter Supriya Sule also celebrated the moment. 63-year-old AJit Pawar took oath as the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra on July 2.
