Lakhimpur Kheri Violence: SIT Findings Indicate Premeditated Crime; Congress, TMC Slam Modi Govt

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has said that the killing of farmers in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh was a planned conspiracy. SIT said that there was an intent to commit murder and it was not a case of death by negligence. In this case, Ashish Mishra, Union Minister Ajay Mishra's son, who is lodged in jail, is the main accused. Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM) said that the PM Modi led central government should stop shielding Ajay Mishra and dismiss him from the post. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi demanded that Ajay Mishra be removed from his post. Rahul Gandhi also said that it is time for PM Modi to apologise once again. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra also demanded that there should be an inquiry into the role of the minister of state for home in the conspiracy. West Bengal Chief Minister & TMC chief Mamata Banerjee also attacked the Modi government. Watch the video to know more.
