Union Minister Ajay Mishra’s son Ashish Mishra did not attend the police questioning on October 8 morning. Ashish Mishra’s car allegedly mowed down farmers in Uttar Pradesh's Lakhimpur Kheri on October 3. Officials had pasted summons outside the minister's home. This was the first time that the minister’s son was summoned for questioning.
