Kerala Boatman’s Humanitarian Act, As He Supplies Grains And Vegetables To Stranded Islanders In Alappuzha
Braving COVID-19 fears, a 50-year-old boatman is ferrying essential commodities to the needy in Kerala. He is providing rice, grains and other necessary items to 60 odd families stuck in an island. People here are living with no mode of transportation after the lockdown. The boatman purchased all the essential items from market and provides it to the families living in the island. The Government of India announced nationwide lockdown amid coronavirus outbreak.
