Kargil Vijay Diwas Is Celebrated in India Annually on July 26. On This Day in 1999, India Won the Kargil War Against Pakistan. On July 26, 1999 the Indian Army Had Ousted Pakistani Forces From Their Occupied Positions on the Mountain Tops of Northern Kargil District in Ladakh.
