The United States marked one year of the Capitol riots on January 6, 2021. Presient Joe Biden delivered a strongly-worded speech that urged Americans to heal their political divides at the same timing blaming Donald Trump for the violence that occurred on this day in 2020. Biden said that the rioters egged on by the former president held a dagger to the throat of America and that it could never be allowed to happen again.
