India's Chandrayaan 2 Dream Set To End, Final Hours Left Before The Sun Sets On Vikram Lander

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) finally broke its silence on the Vikram lander. ISRO said that the orbiter module of the Chandrayaan 2 space mission was functioning normally and performing experiments as planned. ISRO, in a Twitter post on September 19, informed that a committee of experts is examining the cause of communication loss with the Vikram Lander. Vikram lander, with rover Pragyan housed inside it, had lost communication on September 7 during its final descent, just 2.1 kilometres above the lunar surface
