Indian Air Force's MiG-21 Aircraft Crashes In Barmer, Rajasthan; Pilot Ejects Safely

An Indian Air Force (IAF) fighter aircraft, MiG-21 crashed on August 25 in Barmer, Rajasthan. The incident took place during a training mission. The pilot ejected safely, tweeted IAF. A hut was set on fire when MiG-21 crashed into it in Barmer’s  Matasar Bhoortiya village. The Indian Air Force tweeted that the aircraft experienced a technical malfunction after take-off. IAF added that a court of inquiry has been ordered to ascertain the cause behind the accident. Videos and photos which have gone viral now, show smoke rising from a hut which caught fire. In the pictures, the pilot can be seen lying on the ground surrounded by villagers.
